FB ads account stopped spending

has any of you experienced a fb ads account stopped spending for apparently no reason? I have an account with 2 campaigns running to 2 different funnels. each one with 3-4 ad sets and their own creative assets/urls/... and all of a sudden, they just stopped spending. Ad account isnt restricted, ads are approved and have not gotten a single email with issues related to this ads account...
