Before going to bed today, write down at least 5 things you were grateful for today. The more senses you use when describing it the better the effect on your overall well-being (I heard, I smelled, I ate....).
What's one thing you can share that you're grateful for? To me, it's just experiencing beautiful weather and lots of sunshine for really long hours in the day.
