I'm seeking 100% financing for either a percentage of ownership or gross profits, with strict underwriting. If the percentage route isn't agreed upon, I'd construct a loan management process at 2.5% origination @ 10% interest annualized for 9 months terms.

Profitability:
- The average origination for short term projects would be around $4000 per loan, targeting 50 loans per months, realistically funding 25%; which is 12 loans per month. Based on those conversion numbers $50,000 per month would be a target. Dividends would pay out each quarter.
- Long term projects would pay out through collection of interest payments.
