I'm thrilled to be here and connect with such a dynamic group!
My name is Somi, BC Realtor, and alongside my husband, we're passionate real estate investors
Together, we've embarked on an exciting journey, currently managing nearly 132 doors in rental buildings in BC & Alberta.
Our real estate ventures have taken us through various sectors, from renovations and constructions to land assembly and development. However, our focus has now shifted specifically to rental properties, where we're dedicated to creating sustainable cash flow.
We're here to soak up knowledge on raising capital and expanding our portfolio, all while ensuring our investors reap the rewards.
