So this group was create to help people in the trades build real businesses. I own a same day service company that offers plumbing, Hvac, drain cleaning, and excavation services. I don’t personally hold any of the licenses for the trades we offer, the team manages day to day. I own the company and learning how to grow our EBITDA to 5M so I can exit and share 50% with the team. Then grow to 100M top line and see how I can do it again with great people
