This is my attempt to bring direction, focus, and measurable progress to hockey training. I did not get the results I wanted from traditional coaching, because lots of it is random, unfocused, and very distracted. I have learned that true progress comes from your ability to measure it; because what gets measure is what gets accomplished, and what does not get measured is what does not get accomplished. If you have specific hockey goals you're looking to accomplish, then this is the system for you!
