We grew up in Kensington in Philadelphia (google it). Started with zero and now own multiple companies producing millions of dollars each per year! We will do our best to help you with real estate investing (we specialize in residential) but have done small commercial. We started real estate 4 years ago and today we own 160 units worth 24 Million. We continue to purchase 2-4 properties per month! We own a roofing company, that we started 20 years ago and that produces a few million dollars per year. We are mentally strong! We are also UltraRunners. Leadville 100 in Colorado is our next trip August/2024. I state this because I post early morning motivational/business tips. I will also post investment properties and walk through numbers and strategies on a wkly basis!
