Elevating my minset!
Holly cow. Brian hit it right on the head! I spent 30+ K and hrs training unqualified sales/assistants...and all it did to my business was kill my pipeline and dig me into a pretty financial hole that I am currently crawling out of. NEVER AGAIN. Also, a great book to read is Profit First. Changed my mindset on how I run my business finances. Onward and forward. Mistakes are not failures...they are life lessons unless we stop!
