I/We/Us are no more!
Growth can start anywhere, so why not start with something small. Often in this social marketing and course building world, we all get sucked into the same language of I, We and Us when making content or drafting outreach communications. Sometimes, the personal, can seem impersonal. And this is exactly the type of effect this language has. Try talking to and about your audience by using terms like "yours" and "the". This shows that you are taking the initiative take your client/community members perspective on topics, rather than your teams'.
