The goal is to provide value for those:
1) Prepping for, or
2) Are currently on a Hemepath service.
Hematopathology (Hemepath 🩸🔬) is the study of cancers of the blood and lymph nodes. It is not a random collection of diagnoses, but has order and structure. There are basic concepts that make it easier to go from confusion to confidence. In this group, the foundations will be discussed and made clear without you having to find them by yourself in the disease directory (WHO5).
Ask questions, make connections, share tips.
This group will provide the most value if you are a medical student (aspiring pathologist), pathology resident, hemepath fellow, or general pathologist who wants to expand their knowledge🤯 , share insights😲, or look for encouragement😇.
This space is NOT for:
*Medical advice or second opinions.
*Calling out someone else's wrong diagnosis.
*Speculation on celebrity/newsworthy diagnoses.
*Sharing identifying patient data. [Remember HIPAA]
