Awesome Greg!! My scary big goal is making 50,000/month helping people with their mental health through movement so that I can be financially free but then also pour more into this business and traveling. An even bigger scarier goal would be to grow my podcast and audience to the point that I could collaborate with someone like Jay Shetty to help people with their mindfulness and mental health

My husband is a mental health counselor. Helping people with mindset and mental health is very much needed. Good for you!

Aw really? That's awesome. And thank you!! Our knowledge as PTs is an untapped resource to help the mental health crisis happening right now so I want to do all I can to combine the two

My big goal is to transition from in-person to virtual only. Most of my business is in-person right now but I want to 100% work-from-home so that I can be more available for homeschooling. I am currently reverse engineering my big goal to strategize the steps of what I have to do to completely go virtual without 1-on-1 appointments. I am asking myself what I REALLY want and creating an image of what that actually looks like.

Yes, the strategy is vital. I'm currently creating a Google Doc with all my goals and prioritizing them. My initial focus is 1st Quarter 2023 because I am launching a product in February. As I create my timeline on the Google Doc, I add a date that corresponds to my task list on Google Calendar. The Google Doc is the blueprint so for each dated goal, I am listing the steps that need to happen for that goal to be checked as completed.

My goal here in 2023 is to stabilize my business first and foremost - get profitable! Dont need all the drama/trauma here - I am clear of my shortcomings - how I want to do this is through diversification
  1. Create 1 day workshop I can do quarterly
  2. Create short online tutorials/guided actions (low cost passive) memberships deal?
  3. Create a quarterly group runs 12 weeks related to goals - a way to introduce myself and currently building my first Accountability & Empowerment Group
  4. Continue to build up single sessions
  5. Finish the 5 classes I have left for my degree.
These are big for me as they all have to do with being seen - putting myself on the stage.
My super big goal is to purchase 40 to 60 acres to live and create an intimate retreat center - rustic style to host 10 and 2 facilitators for deep dives twice a month and then lease it out the remainder of the time to other healing entities

Just launched my Accountability Group Yesterday - No takers yet...The fact that I launched it makes me happy! As for my goals and ideas - thank you! I am thinking the material I just created for my group, I can turn into an online workbook with an online pre-recorded tutorial to follow with the workbook.
So many things I have to learn in terms of technology and how to use it!
