✨ What is your healing meditation about, and how does it work? ✨ My healing meditation is a guided journey that helps you release emotional blocks, soften old pain, and reconnect with your inner peace. I use a mix of grounding, breathwork, visualisation, and subconscious reprogramming to shift what your mind and body have been holding onto — often without you even realising it. During the meditation, I guide you into a deeply relaxed state where your nervous system settles, your thoughts quieten, and your heart becomes open to healing. From this space, it's easier to let go of stress, past hurt, and limiting beliefs. You may feel lighter, calmer, more connected to yourself, or receive clarity that’s been trying to come through. Many people describe it as a “reset” — like emotional weight being lifted off their chest. The process is gentle but powerful… and every time you do it, you shift a little more and come home to yourself in a deeper way. 💗
