Who is Your "Client Avatar"?!
After you review the "Client Avatar" section, comment below on what companies and/or jobs you are going to recruit for. You can be as broad or specific as you like but try to fit it within the parameters of the Client Avatar!
Tip: Try to tie in your personal career story in with client avatar.
Example: "My name is Jonathan Kirchner and I always loved tech companies and startup culture. I am going to place Software Engineers of all levels (Senior, Director, VP, CTOs) in small to mid size start ups!"
