Allow me to Introduce myself.....

Hello Everyone!! I thought I would introduce myself. I hope that is okay to do that here.

I'm Liza (no, not Minelli, Lomax). Fun fact though…I was named after Liza Minelli and I did 15 years of acting.

My Business is Love Your Body Coaching.

I help overachievers, perfectionist, and people pleasers, womenpreneurs, solopreneurs, business and spiritual coaches, in prioritize themselves so they can be successful in ALL areas of their life not just in business.

I specialize with helping mend the mind-body connection that often keeps us stuck from prioritizing ourselves, in the spins of emotional eating, mindset, body image and poor health and now its affecting their business and hindering our true happiness and full potential.

I am also a Medium, Certified Intuitive channeler and healer, Animal Communicator and International Speaker.

I have just about the entire alphabet after my name as I like to learn. So I am schooled (or skooled, lol) in numerous areas.

I also travel a lot, so I apologize, if I am not super active in the group, I will try as much as possible. I have lived in 11 countries in the last 4 years. Why? Because i can, I make travel a priority and my clients are everywhere in the world, so why can't I be, right?! Plus I have no pets, plants or kids, so why not, again?!

Anyways, really looking forward to dive into this as much as I can. And looking forward to connecting with you all as well.
