We watched this last night for free on youtube - new(ish) documentary on YouTube about how the industrialization of seed oils has potentially led to the rise in chronic illness.
I agree with lots of what is in here but I do think there are many more factors at play like toxins, stress, nutrient def, etc etc
We have been SCREAMING for years that the high omega 6 : omega 3 ratio is a major driver of inflammation in the body. Our ancestors consumed these fats in a roughly 3:1 ratio now it is way over 20:1.
Cook, consume, and lather yourself with fats that are high in saturated fats just like my grandma used to do with the pork fat on the kitchen counter! 😊
