How to NOT Fail at New Year's Resolutions
Having a clear map of where you are trying to go is critical for your success in life and health.
I am going to talk to you about how to set goals that will create wins, not Ls -- next Friday the 13th at 12pm CST. It will be 20 minutes of me discussing what to do and what not to do. 10 minutes of Q&A and then time to workshop.

Which you should have a clear roadmap of what to do when you are acutely ill.
