I didn't start Taekwondo until college, and for 10 years I struggled with the same thing most adult practitioners face:

However, I wasn't the problem. The training methods were.
Nobody was teaching adults how to build a body that actually handles what TKD demands.
That's why I created the Stretch Strength System (SSS) that trains your brain and muscles to feel safe and strong at the ranges and forces TKD requires.
Through the SSS, we build:

- A body that improves with age instead of breaking down
