One of the great things about Skool is that we can pivot, swivel, change, and regroup. And that is what this community, this group, is all about.
We all live by our habits—the way we brush our teeth, where we carry our keys, which shoe goes on first. Other habits like how we drive, talk, and relate to others are so ingrained we don't even think of them as habits. They are just "the way we are." And that is the definition of "habit."
Habits are mostly in control of what we do, how we think, what we feel. Indeed, it is who we are.
But some habits we might enjoy practicing are not really "good for us," as our moms always said. Deep down, we know it's true.
This group is a place where those of us with habits we'd like to change can find support, methods, accountability if we want it, or just listening ears of other men who have been there, and often still are.
Anything from laziness to workaholism, smoking to overeating, and many others, are fair game here. We are here to help. Join us!
