Whats up boys! I want to hear from you guys. What has everyone been working on this fall? Anybody struggling with anything?
I have been working a lot with my college guys and we've been really diving into the 1 Knee Down blocking. Big thing we all agreed on is the more flexible you are the easier it is to block from that position.
