In this course, Jamie will walk you through a live consultation demonstration plus demonstrate the 3 prenatal visits that are outlined in her book Effective and Engaging Prenatal Visits. You will have more confidence in your skills plus the knowledge of how effective prenatal visits will prepare your client and decrease your time spent with clients in labor.

This course will prepare you to recognize and respond to clients who may be experiencing perinatal mood disorders. Symptoms as well as what a doula might observe and discussed in each module. There is a workbook for each module that you can refer to after completing the course. This courses also includes a group meeting to answer questions and share some case studies to build confidence in this important area. Once you complete all modules, you can take a test for certification.

Through information, application and inspiration, Jamie will help participants explore the impact of limiting beliefs. Participants will identify both conscious and subconscious limiting beliefs. These can manifest as negative thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. Participants will learn to challenge and overcome these beliefs.
