Hello everyone, i recently got my first client( working for free if he likes my services will pay me), I want to improve his offer and want to understand his ICP to create content around his ICP And what else should i do, i mean what steps should i take to help him increase his sales Or any other suggestions that could help him.

I heard people sending thousands of DMS every day (which is probably AI right?). So I'm just getting started in this side hustle and see if I can make money with this till next month. I like Twitter and Instagram, but idk how to research is it like just going to the platform and searching for hashtags or people that you think would be best for your services and just DM them? Is this the process? If yes Then why do many people fail in it and take them so much time to get prospects? what mistakes? and what are the best strategies to not to DM brokies?

I'm doing YouTube full-time outside of school (technically not full-time, but you get the idea) and want to host a Skool community but don't have the funds. Should I wait until I start making money off of YouTube before starting a community, or should I start a community elsewhere and transfer the members to Skool once I start making money?
