Hello everyone and welcome! 🙏 I am hosting an event on healing trauma.
Trauma is not what you think…
It can be small or BIG but the problem is…our cells retain it. So until we release any traumatic event that holds you back we stay stuck!
STUCK in OUR LIMITING BELIEFS!!!
Limiting beliefs are just our own reactions to make us feel safe from the trauma we carry..
Isn’t it time to let go and let flow!!
Sounds simple… yes … and we can do this together!
I will be using sound healing, meditation, healing and whatever else shows up from spirit. 🙏💞
