Hi everyone I'm Irish but I live in France. My niche is using sophrology to help achieve your learning goals. Sophrology is a body and mind relaxation method which helps you to relese stress, fill yourself with positive feelings and be in the right mindset to achieve your goals. In terms of language learning, it's a useful tool for being in the right mindset for passing exams and speaking in public, for example.

I joined this community to help me discover who my ideal clients are. I have a niche but I'm not sure who exactly needs this. My new website is sophroenglish.com
