SMS compliance message
Hey All, I have a question. Currently, we are implementing DR for our clients. However, we've been noticing a significant number of opt-outs. I'd like to know about the possibility of disabling the SMS compliance message "Reply STOP to unsubscribe." Our communications are targeted toward past customers. The current approach seems to come across as spammy and automated. Could this be a contributing factor to the high opt-out rate we're experiencing?
Thank you for your insights and suggestions.

Can you couple the reply stop with 'reply stop to unsubscribe, yes to go ahead, no if not interested' something like that?

I haven't tested this myself but in the A2P registration cheat sheet video, Haplin uses the sentence "if you want us to stop texting just let us know, thanks." That sounds less spammy.
