Hello everyone,
I've noticed a recurring question from clients before the database reactivation campaign: they often ask whether they should send me their entire database or just the database that includes their inactive members. My typical response has been to recommend reactivating their whole database.
I'm curious to know if any of you have encountered similar inquiries from your clients. If so, how are you addressing this question? Personally, I believe that targeting the entire client database is more beneficial in the long run, as it allows for a comprehensive engagement strategy and the opportunity to reconnect with all members, not just those who are currently inactive.
