Poor Response rate despite of 54% OPEN RATE.
I am getting around 54% open rate of the emails I sent but my response percent is very very poor. Please give me some tips of Call To Action (CTA) and should I give free trials or money back guarantee or anything else to get their attention.
I believe the problem is with the email copy and CTA.
