Man Vs Machine (Bot)
Hey guys, so with ZappyChat, I know that they do 2 things, human and robot agents. I found that they had a promotion last year where they gave out their dialogue flow connector for free, and so I'm thinking of using it to build my own robot agent.
What are your thoughts on robot agents vs human agents in this case.
