Help with Workflows

I am in desperate need of some assistance building out a workflow. This workflow is attached to live facebook ads as we speak and im still very green with it comes to using the workflow builder. I have spent hours trying to figure it out, even had chat gpt build it out for me yet every time i turn around i cant find the action or trigger its referring to. Please can someone help me with this asap?
