[Help] Tried sending DR to 1900 people failed because of SMS Ramp Up Model

So LC introduced SMS Ramp-Up Model (V2) which basically limits sms to 100 before we send all 100 a day and then get restricted for 24 hours before we unlock level 2 and get 250 and rinse and repeat till we get to level 8 and get 3000+ sms a day.

We sent 1900 sms, did not realize it failed after the first 100 sms, now anybody opting in is not receiving the sms because we are restricted for 24 hours.
