Foundation Repair Outreach HELL

So outside of running ads I want to be able to find and reach out to foundation repair company owners. The main thing is that I'm too busy to cold call or DM (on any platform). So that would leave email.

The issue I'm running into is that email subject lines and getting the value propositions across is damn near impossible for me. Also is there a way that I can connect instantly.ai to GoHighLevel? That way I can get notifications when someone replies?
