Anyone else having trouble with "Intent" not firing properly?

hey all - building a filtered feedback automation and after an initial "how was your visit?" SMS I want to filter by positive or negative feedback.

Negative I ask permission to share with the rest of the team and positive I ask for a review.

Trouble is, I'm testing the workflow now and responded positively "It went well" and got pulled onto the negative pathway.
