Here's a reminder that “You don't rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your habits” - James Clear When life starts to get uncomfortable (sleeping poorly, friction in relationships, failures in general) you don't typically start doing more. That is, if your goal is to hit the gym 3 days a week -and you didn't do that consistently before life got uncomfortable- you will favor your existing habits (sleeping in and wishing the problem away). If you consistently hit the gym 3 days a week, you will likely continue to do so when life gets hard. Keep your habits alive and written down. The more you consistently establish those habits, the less dramatic of a fall you'll have when life inevitably gets tough. The repeat of this process through life keeps your pitfalls short and shallow. It will solidify your resiliency!
