I am Ray Jeffries, an engineer turned online entrepreneur. I enjoy lifting weights, hiking, reading obsessively, and spending time with my family and God. 2. I'm here to make myself better. One day at a time, I'm trying to make small improvements. I hope to encourage some others along the way. 3. I'm proficient in fitness and nutrition, reading and writing, and thinking critically about how the world works. 4. I'm living it now. My wife and I moved from Alaska to Tennessee last year to start over, buy land, build a house, start a business, and start a family. It's going well so far. 5. I'm training for an IRONMAN in Chattanooga on September 28, 2025.

After you've taken the Resiliency Quiz in the Classroom, you can rank your pillars from highest to lowest here. Are the results as expected? What was the difference between the highest and the lowest score? Where are you going to start improving? Here's mine: Mental Physical Spiritual Emotional This is pretty much what I expected. The top three are close together and Emotional is definitely lower. I intend to read a couple of books in this area to see how I can improve! For those who score high in Emotional: was it learned or natural? What can I do to improve?
