deadline for MMLLC passed. I
Hello I have a concern, I am not sure if the deadline for MMLLC passed. Its a multimember LLC (no US residents, no starting working yet, no profits). Originally it was a LLC single member. I am afraid that I may have penalty. I didnt sent the 8832 form to IRS when I added a new member (only the amended articles of organization to state). May I still sending my TAX Report as a single member to avoid penalty if the deadline was march 15th?
what could be the penalty if I dont send before the deadline?
