Metal Health was born from that struggle. After years of trauma, of being misunderstood, and silencing my own pain, I stumbled into my first metal show. In that moment, I finally felt seen. Heavy music became my lifeline. I channeled my pain, felt my power, and kept going. I went deeper, working through therapy and diving into every healing tool I could find. Now, I understand how my nervous system works, why I react the way I do, and how to live instead of survive.
This isn’t some hollow “wellness” space. Here, we own our stories, confront our triggers, and together we find our way.
