Most of you are too smart for your own good.
Just think about it for a second.
When you're really smart, you can end up blocking your own path.
You overthink each decision, trying to figure out if it's really worth it.
More often than not, your brain tells you it's not.
Humans naturally avoid risks, choosing the easiest and most comfortable path.
Our brains are built to keep us safe and away from danger.
But here's the thing – this can and WILL stop you from growing.
You’ll talk yourself out of hard training or improving yourself.
You need to be able to switch off that part of your brain.
Silence that inner bitch that says you can't do it.
It's about not overthinking every little thing.
Acting on gut feeling instead of getting stuck in your head.
This doesn't mean you stop making smart choices.
Just don’t let fear or too much thinking stop you from tough challenges.
Remember, growing means stepping out of what’s comfortable.
Embracing the uncomfortable.
So learn to silence that inner dialogue.
Face the hard stuff, and you'll see yourself grow.
