🌶️ Weekly Seed Swap 🌶️
Happy Monday, everyone! While our weekend seedlings are sprouting, let's talk varieties! This week's question: What's the best-tasting variety you're growing right now — the one you'd tell every zone 9–11 gardener to try? Drop it in the comments, so we can all take notes! 👇 (And if you're hunting for a specific variety, ask! Someone here probably grows it.) 🗺️ Want to swap seeds IRL? A few of you have asked how to connect with gardeners near you for seed swaps and cutting swaps — and there's already a tool for it. Click the Map tab at the top of the community and drop your pin. You'll see exactly which members garden near you. The gardener two zip codes away is growing in your exact climate, fighting your exact pests — and probably has extra seeds of something you want. Find each other. 🌱 (As local swap groups start forming, tag me — I'd love to see where they pop up!) 👩🏻‍🌾 Aarin

Zinnia!
It's the only thing I am growing for the first week of July seed starting challenge. It is my husband's favorite flower. How soon does it form flowers from seed? Update: 3 sprouted in tray, idk about in ground but i think at least 2 (they got displaced when i watered lol)
Zinnia!
