This move comes after a series of unresponsive actions from our current provider, which has hindered our ability to serve you to the best of our ability. In the last 5 days we've been trying to resolve the issues of our current CRM provider (they are not sending out messages) - they have been MIA and unresponsive. So for past 24 hours I've been working on what was next - and even though "shutting down" was an option, I forgot that I discussed the possibility of upgrading my system to a software that my original colleague (who set me up with the original FUBots) introduced to me. He wanted me to upgrade in the past but I told him I did not want to disrupt what was going on with my client base. Well now we've faced a point where we have no choice since the CRM provider is not delivering and something I've been putting off - I've decided to move forward and implement. And instead of you being limited on your usage, you have control of your usage based on your own budget. I also negotiated a free trial for you since there's a transitional stage so you have time to migrate over.
