MY STORY:
In 2017 I collapsed into the darkest period of my life. Navigating a divorce, the passing of my brother from addiction, and losing a job that I loved, within a 3-month period, pulled the reality I knew out from under me.
Diagnosed with MDD (major depressive disorder) in my early twenties, I had experienced lows but never as abrupt and paralyzing as this. I stayed in bed for 3 months outside of walking my dogs, I questioned my existence and I contemplated leaving the planet. From that space I finally asked and prayed for something for myself... "freedom." I felt a spiritual presence surround me and pull me from the abyss. There was an indescribable sense of calm amidst my internal emotional chaos.
Climbing out of the depths of my rock bottom I awakened to an acute awareness that I had allowed my emotions to take over, identified as depressed, and truly had no emotional coping skills. I committed to a personal healing journey which simultaneously was aligning me with my mission to serve others.
The more I learned the more I gained clarity and received downloads about how I would help others connect to their feelings and process their emotions so they could truly live a joyous and purpose filled life. I knew this was the way to shift the mental health paradigm to prevention instead of waiting until diagnosis.
I created Noble One to guide people back to the highest versions of themselves by walking with them on a path to emotional freedom. To be Noble means โ€œhaving fine qualities and sharing high moral principles and ideals.โ€ One represents โ€œunity". Through emotional awareness we can disrupt broken systems , align with our highest potential, and build a supportive community.
