Music Heals
Whenever I need an extra boost I turn on the music and let it flow through my home. It helps raise my energy levels when I'm moody, down, aick, or in pain. It is the ultimate healer in my opinion.

Group Energy Healing Monday 6pm BST
Just a reminder that group energy healing is back in action at 6pm UK time. Last week we received a direct channelling from one of the Masters of Light - you can access this recording from the library. The energy exchange is $40 USD per month which gives you access to the replays as well as the live sessions. (All found in the classroom) Skool is really nice and let's you cancel any time so if you feel that every month is too much you're welcome to jump in for a month when you're feeling abundant/in need of the weekly time to reset and receive. You can sign up here: https://www.skool.com/frequency-of-love-8660/plans So happy to be back in this live space with you all. Much love, Jessi ps. I'm making a few changes to the library to make the space clearer to find things - nothing will be removed 😀
