Top questions to ask on call?
I got a call today with an email marketing agency.
I will ask questions around deliverables they have for their client and what SOPs they got in place and all around whats their process, whats the timeframe, what kinda routine they want me to have etc…
I will tell them I want retainer out of this and not hourly
Any other best practice questions I should know about?
