My second email marketing interview UPDATE

Call went fine? I guess, I don't have much of a reference point haha.

She asked me like "Why are you applying to a full time role if you're a contractor?"

And I basically said that hours don't mean much in copywriting work and that I work on retainer and focus on providing what I need to provide in my contract.

Then I just started shooting them with questions around their email and she was like "Okay I see you're an expert at this, we don't usually get asked these."

They also told me this full time role needs to do advertising campaigns which I just said I wouldn't be doing and I told them they should just get me on contract to do email.

She said she'll forward that idea internally to the team and let me know in 3 business days if we'll continue the interview.

We vibed and the handshake call was nice, although only 15mins pretty short.

Is this a normal outcome? Let me know if I did well or what I should have done better.

I would like to know what my blind spots were or how I should have better handled her being surprised about me being a contractor haha.
