The Present Moment.
There is nothing to our names except for right now. We have plans for the future, memories of the past, but neither of those are now. So many of us are shackled to a timeline or story that simply does not allow us to "live as if it is our last day."
I think understanding all we have is now, allows us to embrace whatever we are doing with more freedom, less mental chatter, and less expectations for the future. Expectations limit what could happen, and then cause undo anxiety/stress in the now.

The primary objective is to break the personal illusions & limitations and challenge what we think we know about the world. Free Minds = Free Lives.
