Hi everyone, Pleased to be here engaging in all things Fractional. I am a Fractional CPO / Head of People and Culture. I fell into Fractional work in 2022 and didn't have a name for it, so described my career as a portfolio career, I had 2 jobs and a side hustle. I'm now full time in my side hustle - HR Consulting, Fractional HR, workshop facilitation and Coaching. I'm an accredited DISC practitioner too.
I've worked across many sectors and industries, which makes niching challenging. I've had 20 years experience in HR.
