Short-term: Increase community value as fast as possible by getting as many people in the community. To encourage community members to post their actionable insights and act on the ideas to help improve lives. Medium-term: To create organic user-generated content through posts from community members and for me to create content that the community deems valuable (Articles, Videos, Courses, Podcasts, etc.) and create a structure for synthesizing concepts. Long-term: Create a way to sustain the community, that has a positive upward spiral of creation and consumption of high-quality content and resources. A long-term goal is to offset these costs through membership tiers, merchandise, or creating products from the ideas generated by the community (or that the community deems valuable). Initially, Skool requires a fee to maintain a community platform and at some point, the community will incur costs that need to be paid to be sustainable. Let me know if you have any suggestions!

A big factor of the synergy effect that we want to maximize in this community is having access to other members with specific skills. Having people with different skills creates a better network and knowing what others do, their occupations, or the value they can provide will help you reach out to other members, and help them reach you for your own services or products.
