ZOOM ROOM RULES
There are only a few small rules & guidelines for Flutarians class! Be Nice!
👂👂👄 - You have two ears and one mouth! Always aim to listen more than you play or speak.
👂👂 - Always listen for positives first! Listen with one ear as your “biggest fan!” Share what you love. Listen with the other ear as your “best flute teacher!” When giving critical feedback, you can frame it like, "If it were me, I might have done X differently by doing Y or Z..."
❎ You’re never required to play “beautifully!” Do that when you CAN and WANT to! But you ARE required to PLAY! (Remember, it’s called “playing” for a reason – it’s supposed to BE FUN!)
❎ You never have to apologize for not following instructions! My guidelines are given simply to train an idea that I think will be helpful to you in improvising. But DO notice: what did you do differently? Can you articulate it?
