If you win today...
One Thing
@Chris Starkhagen Just read your newsletter. One thing...30 minutes...great advice. For today, I will spend that 30 minutes figuring out what that one thing will be for the coming weeks. Best advice I've received in quite some time. Thank you!

The Power of Focus
Entrepreneurs often fall into the trap of doing everything. Not because we want to, but because we have to. We juggle multiple projects, wear countless hats, and chase every opportunity. But this constant multitasking leads to burnout, stagnation, and missed chances for real growth. Instead? Embrace focus to transform your business. When you identify your high-leverage activity and dedicating time to it daily, you unlock exponential results. - Your skills sharpen - Your audience grows - Your income multiplies Suddenly, you're making more from your side hustle than your yearly raise at a job. That's exactly what I did back when I had a 9-5, feels like an eternity now. Concentrate on what truly matters. Your focused effort today becomes your competitive advantage tomorrow.

Business is hard
Getting punched in the face is harder. Which makes business easier. Life hack right there.

Checklists are key!
Hey guys, Just a quick reflection, but if you're not working and operating from a daily checklist, what are you even doing? Since the days when I used to work a job and build my side hustle... ... to this day as a business owner, every single day is operated from a checklist. I simply can't stress this enough. Every single day, work from your daily checklist. - What are you going to accomplish today? - Did you accomplish what you promised yourself to do? - If not, where did it go wrong? A daily checklist is the single most useful productivity tool I've ever come across. It keeps you in check and brutally self-reflects on your own efforts. It's what keeps me in check. It's like having a mom yelling at you for not cleaning your room. Do you have a checklist?
