As of last week (water weight taken into consideration) I'm 1/5 of the way to being what I would consider "livable" weight. Not even my goal. But somewhere I haven't been in a long time. And it's only been like 2.5 months.
It doesn't feel like you're doing long term good in the short but you really are. Those 3/4 days at the gym a week really pay off in the long run.
