Hi everyone and welcome to the Field Hockey Hub! In this community, we share our love for game and our ambition to grow as players. A bit about me: I began playing hockey when I was in fourth grade and continue to play to this day. The sport -- through high school, club, and college field hockey -- has brought me all over the world, introduced me to my best friends, taught me essential life lessons, and filled me life with joy, purpose, and connection. When I play hockey, I feel free, creative, and strong. Last year, I graduated from Stanford University, having competed on its Varsity Field Hockey team for five years and leading the team to multiple conference championships and NCAA tournament appearances. In the Field Hockey Hub, we can learn from one another. Additionally, I am offering monthly coaching calls to provide individualized support. We can discuss it all: - How to improve specific skillsets or for specific positions - How to stay in shape in the off-season - College recruiting - The mental side of the game - And, more!
