August Goals Accountability Update
What’s up my kings! Thought I’d come on here and give you and update of how my August goals are going. We’re 9 days into the month so I’m going to let you know how many days I’ve been able to successfully do my goals for the day: -Only eat food that are rated 60 or higher on the Yuca app. If I fail, I have to start over for 30 days. (9/9) -Switch off every day at the gym doing: chest, upper back, biceps, triceps, shoulders one day, and abs, lower back, squat machine, quad machine the next day. (9/9) -In bed by 10pm every night (6/9) -2 page scripture study every day (6/9) -Read 10 min from a business book every day (6/9) -10 min house clean every day (5/9) -Plan out the following day at 9:45 every night (6/9) I’ve also lost 5 pounds so far in 9 days, so that’s a huge win!
